First Day of my Internship

My first day at Historic Milwaukee Inc. was only a half day, consisting of training and a few tasks that assisted my supervisor, Grace Fuhr, in her duties. First, I was assigned to make an Excel spreadsheet of valuable businesses along Brady Street in Milwaukee, so we could let them know that they would be part of the tour route. I also brought up an idea about contacting Milwaukee-area colleges that offered history or architecture of Milwaukee and Wisconsin, so we could give discounted tours to those classes. To my surprise, only a few colleges offered a history of Milwaukee course, but I did get the information regarding that. Other than those few tasks, my real work will start Friday June 1st.
